Context
A consulting firm's enterprise clients needed unified reporting across their ERP, CRM, logistics, and finance platforms — each client had 3–8 siloed systems with no consolidated view for leadership.
The Challenge
Every client had different data schemas, different business KPIs, and different latency requirements. The platform needed to be multi-tenant, white-labelable, and fast enough for live board presentations.
The Solution
Built DataLens as a multi-tenant SaaS application on top of a federated query engine. A custom data connector framework normalized the most common ERP and CRM schemas. An LLM-powered query interface let business users ask questions in plain language. Each client gets a customized dashboard with their own KPI definitions, branding, and access controls.

- Federated query engine supporting PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, and REST APIs
- React-based frontend with Plotly for high-performance chart rendering
- Role-based access control and tenant isolation at the database level
- LLM-powered NL-to-SQL layer with guardrails for accuracy
